Bio:
Megolas is: mid-twenties, queer, a future librarian and actively fannish. Can be found lurking in London doing her MSc. in Library and Information Studies and attempting to survive on a student budget. Ha ha ha. She shares a flat (The Flat of the Rising Sun [1]) with ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) jamjar; hooray for fannish flatmates.
Fannishly, she has mostly been eaten alive by Bandom but occasionally other fandoms manage to break the strangle-hold. She has been active in fandom for a very long time and is most productive when academic deadlines are near.

I am terrible when it comes to friending people back. It's nothing to do with you personally, it's just more a survival tactic. Anyway, I figure if you're fandom related, you're probably here for the fandom-y stuff rather than the angst, angst, paaaaaaaaaain of RL, and the fandom related stuff is rarely filtered. The angst, angst, paaaaaaain is, however.
Additionally, I do also use a) a default view due to time constraints and b) my friends list as the rss reader it is under the baggage of the name, which means that if I friend you, I'm generally just interested in reading you, rather than becoming your best friend omg, so friending back is never a condition.
And at the risk of going on forever, every day is defriending amnesty day here at Casa Megolas. If you do defriend me and I wonder why, I'll probably drop you a line privately.
